a Members account, or use of the service, for any reason,

sole discretion, believes a Member has violated this Agreement,
the Orderonlyfans Acceptable Use Policy, or any of the applicable
user policies.
9.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Should a Member have any issues with their account or service,
they should be brought to the attention of Orderonlyfans
for rapid resolution. Upon agreement by the parties, any
disputes may be resolved through arbitration. The decision
of the arbitrator shall be binding upon both parties. Sections
2, 3, 4, 6, 7, and 11 of this Agreement shall survive termination.
10.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT
All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces,
photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork and
computer code (collectively, "Content"), including
but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination,
expression, "look and feel" and arrangement of

or licensed by or to Orderonlyfans, and is protected by
International Copyright Law, patent and trademark laws,
and various other intellectual property rights and unfair
